Customer Relationship Manager

Currently we have requirement for Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) for our Service Department at Sambalpur, Odisha location.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Resolving customer concerns.
• Customer experience at the dealership showroom and supporting in their follow-ups.
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction.
• Complaint Management
• Feedback collection

EXPERIENCE: 2 to 3 Years experience in similar role in automobile sector.

EDUCATION - ANY GRADUATE / BBA /MBA

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Good communications skill, Teamwork and leadership Skills, Customer Orientation, Problem-Solving Skills, Knowledge of Company Products and Services.
