Customer Relationship Manager

CRM Executive – Job Description Company: Xcell Communication Location: Karol Bagh, Delhi Job Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities - Manage and update customer data in the CRM system. - Call and follow up with customers and leads regularly. - Handle WhatsApp messages, customer inquiries, and follow-ups. - Maintain proper records of calls, orders, payments, and customer status. - Coordinate with the sales team for order closures and customer requirements. - Identify priority customers and schedule timely follow-ups. - Prepare daily reports on calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. - Ensure no important customer inquiry or follow-up is missed. Requirements - Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English. - Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software. - Ability to handle multiple customers and follow-ups efficiently. - Good organizational and communication skills. - Previous experience in CRM, telesales, or customer handling is preferred. Working Hours: As per company requirements Salary: Based on experience and performance

Pay: ₹96.90 - ₹316.90 per day
