Customer Relationship Manager

• Manage day-to-day communication with existing client and maintain strong business relationships.
• Receive and coordinate client orders, forecasts, schedules and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Purchase and Dispatch to ensure timely order execution.
• Monitor client orders and provide regular updates on production and delivery status.
• Handle client complaints and coordinate with the Quality Department for root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Follow up on delivery schedules, pending orders and client commitments.
• Prepare and maintain client-related reports, order status reports and MIS.
• Coordinate for new product development (NPD) and client requirements along with the concerned departments.
• Maintain proper records of customer communication, enquiries, complaints and commitments.
• Identify client concerns and escalate critical issues to management.
• Support client visits, audits and meetings when required.
• Assist the Marketing team in maintaining existing business and developing new customer opportunities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
