Customer Relationship Manager

Key Roles

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Communicate with customers through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Follow up with customers regularly.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and improve customer experience.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
• Coordinate with the sales and support teams.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
• Track customer interactions and prepare regular reports.
• Resolve customer issues on time and ensure proper follow-up.
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
