Key Responsibilities – Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

• Handle and manage incoming leads from various sources (calls, website, social media, references).
• Conduct initial client interaction to understand requirements, budget, and timeline.
• Maintain and update all lead details in Zoho CRM accurately.
• Perform lead qualification and screening before assigning to the design team.
• Coordinate with designers to share client requirements and schedule consultations.
• Prepare and share quotations using reference formats/templates.
• Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups with clients via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Track lead status and move them through the pipeline (New → Qualified → Proposal → Closure).
• Convert leads into confirmed customers by effective communication and negotiation.
• Follow up on pending approvals and payments to ensure timely closure.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular updates throughout the process.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Execution, Accounts) for smooth client handling.
• Maintain proper documentation of client conversations, quotations, and payment status.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer handling / sales / CRM role (interior industry preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM tools.
• Strong communication and convincing skills (call + WhatsApp + email).
• Basic understanding of sales process and lead conversion.
• Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
• Good coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
• Target-oriented mindset with focus on lead conversion and revenue generation.
• Organized and detail-oriented in maintaining CRM data.

High-Impact Preferred Skills

• Background in Interior Design / Architecture / Civil / related field (or experience in similar services).
• Prior experience in interior, furniture, modular kitchen, or turnkey projects handling clients.
• Basic understanding of design concepts, layouts, and materials to communicate effectively with clients.
• Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into clear briefs for designers.
• Knowledge of quotation structure, BOQs, and pricing logic in interior projects.
• Strong understanding of customer journey (lead → design → execution → delivery).
• Skilled in upselling and cross-selling interior solutions based on client needs.
• Experience in handling high-value clients and closing deals.
