Job Title : Customer Relation Manager

Salary 20k to 25k

Location: Thiruvnanthapuram

key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, and project teams to ensure timely customer support.
• Follow up on quotations, proposals, and project updates.
• Maintain customer records and prepare reports.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist in achieving customer satisfaction and business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, CRM, Sales Coordination, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
