Customer Relationship Manager

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to be the first point of contact for customers at MY Mobile Digital Store. The role involves welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, directing them to the right store section and managing customer information through the company’s CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers entering the store.
• Understand customer requirements and guide them to the appropriate section or team.
• Provide a friendly and professional customer experience.
• Manage and update customer information in the CRM software.
• Track customer enquiries and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with sales and other store teams to ensure smooth customer service.
• Handle basic customer queries and escalate issues when required.
• Collect customer feedback and share it with management.
• Support the team in maintaining high customer service standards.
• Take responsibility for customer relationship activities and team coordination.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of CRM software and basic computer applications.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
