Customer Relationship Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a CRM Executive who can manage customer relationships, enquiries, follow-ups, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order and customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and regular follow-ups.
• Maintain customer and lead data in CRM/Excel/Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch & Accounts teams.
• Track orders, deliveries, payments, and pending requirements.
• Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare daily/weekly follow-up and CRM reports.
• Maintain proper customer communication and records.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Customer Service, Sales Coordination, or similar role.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates with experience in Agro Equipment, Machinery, Engineering, or Manufacturing will be preferred.
