Customer Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused and experienced Customer Relationship Manager to improve customer satisfaction, handle complaints, strengthen customer relationships, and enhance customer retention at our automobile dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction across all service interactions.
• Receive, track, and resolve customer complaints within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
• Handle critical customer complaints and coordinate with the Service Manager, Customer Service Manager, and Kia Motors team for timely resolution.
• Follow up with dissatisfied customers and ensure effective complaint resolution.
• Improve customer retention through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
• Maintain customer feedback and complaint records.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in customer relationship management.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to manage customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused attitude and a positive approach.

Pay: ₹9,600.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
