GET READY TO

• Build strong relationships with our key clients and become their trusted point of contact.
• Handle customer inquiries via email and phone, using our ticketing system to ensure timely and effective solutions.
• Proactively clarify and resolve challenging situations to deliver a smooth customer experience.
• Take part in meetings with both existing and potential clients to better understand their needs.
• Foster long-term partnerships by ensuring customer satisfaction and strengthening trust.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights to help improve our products, services, and marketing efforts.

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE

• Excellent command of Lithuanian and English language skills.
• Higher education.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.

• Gross Salary from 2000 EUR/month depending on candidate's experience and quarterly bonus.
