Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage client relationships, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure long-term client retention. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Understand client requirements, address concerns, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Technical, and Operations, to meet client expectations.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, service delivery, SLAs, and escalations.
• Track client requests, service tickets, and follow-ups to ensure timely closure.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Prepare regular client reports and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Conduct client meetings and provide updates on ongoing activities.

Required Skills:

• 5+years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Client Relationship Management, or Account Management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong experience in client handling, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities.
• Experience in IT services or a technology-driven organization is preferred.
