About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to enhance customer satisfaction, build lasting relationships, and provide personalized assistance to customers visiting our jewellery showroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
• Explain jewellery savings schemes, including their benefits, terms, and conditions.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery schemes based on their preferences and budget.
• Follow up on scheme enrolments, payments, customer enquiries, and upcoming visits.
• Address customer concerns patiently and ensure a positive showroom experience.
• Maintain accurate customer databases and CRM records.
• Coordinate with the sales team to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.

Candidate Requirements

• Pleasant personality with a friendly attitude and a customer-first approach.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Tamil is mandatory; English and Malayalam are preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
• Good listening, problem-solving, and follow-up abilities.
• Freshers are welcome; relevant experience is an added advantage.
• Candidates with experience in CRM, jewellery showrooms, retail stores, or malls are preferred.
• Candidates residing within 5–10 km of the showroom are preferred.
• An updated resume is compulsory.
