JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage customer enquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM software.
- Follow up with customers regarding solar installations, subsidies, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Service, and Accounts departments.
- Track customer leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Monitor installation progress and resolve customer-related issues.
- Handle after-sales service and customer feedback.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Monitor pending cases and ensure timely closure of customer complaints.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
