Instagram Enquiries & Client Coordinator

We’re looking for a friendly, well-spoken and organised person to handle Instagram messages and client enquiries for our bridal makeup page.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to Instagram DMs, enquiries and booking requests.
• Share makeup packages, pricing and service details with potential clients.
• Follow up with enquiries and convert genuine leads into bookings.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with brides and clients.
• Collect booking details and coordinate with the team regarding availability.
• Keep track of enquiries, follow-ups and confirmed bookings.

Requirements

• Good communication skills, especially in English and Malayalam.
• Polite, friendly and professional approach.
• Quick and consistent in responding to messages.
• Basic knowledge of Instagram and social media.
• Experience in customer service, sales or social media is a plus.
