Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

We are looking for an experienced CRM to manage the complete customer lifecycle from booking to possession and post-handover. The role will focus on delivering excellent customer experience, coordinating with internal teams, managing collections and documentation, and ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and escalations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer relationships from booking to possession and post-handover.
• Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance, Projects, and other internal teams.
• Handle customer queries, escalations, payment follow-ups, and documentation.
• Track agreements, registrations, demand letters, collections, and possession milestones.
• Maintain accurate customer records and reports in CRM systems.
• Coordinate possession, handover, snag-list, and post-possession activities.
• Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines and company SOPs.
• Lead and guide the CRM team, where applicable.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Real Estate CRM / Customer Relations / Post-Sales.
• Strong knowledge of the booking-to-possession lifecycle.
• Good understanding of RERA and real estate documentation.
• Excellent communication, customer handling, and escalation management skills.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Excel.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
