Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

We are looking for a customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to build strong client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and regular follow-ups.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with sales and internal teams.
• Maintain client records and support repeat business.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• MS Excel and client management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
