Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain customer information and databases in the CRM system.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track customer interactions, leads, sales activities, and service requests.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
• Execute customer engagement, retention, and reactivation campaigns.
• Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
• Ensure accurate data entry, data quality, and timely updates in the CRM system.
• Follow up with existing customers to maintain long-term relationships.
• Support customer lifecycle management and lead conversion activities.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
