Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage customer relationships, coordinate with internal teams, handle enquiries and orders, and ensure excellent customer service while driving repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate product samples, customer trials, and order execution with internal teams.
• Maintain CRM records, customer data, and prepare sales/MIS reports.
• Follow up on pending payments, deliveries, and customer requirements.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for repeat and new business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree (MBA/Sales/Marketing preferred).
• 3-7 years of experience in CRM, customer relationship management, inside sales, sales coordination, or B2B industrial sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and CRM software; experience in PVC, plastics, polymers, or chemical industry is preferred.
