• Manage relationships with customers, property owners, buyers, and tenants.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely support and effective solutions.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to deliver a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable NoBroker services.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of concerns.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalations and improve service delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer interactions and updates in CRM systems.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and service renewals.
• Monitor customer feedback and work towards improving satisfaction.
• Support customers throughout the service process, from onboarding to completion.
• Achieve assigned customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue targets.
• Prepare regular reports on customer interactions and service performance.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must knows English , Hindi , kannda and tamil to be fluent and good communication to handle customer support and management maintaining the customer enquiries and feedback management
