Customer Relationship Managers_Fast Track

Our client, a well known Retail Bank in Hong Kong, is now earnestly looking for candidates to join their bank as Customer Relationship Managers.

Selected candidates will go through a structured on-the-job training, equipping them with a wide spectrum of retail banking products knowledge and it paves way for their further career development as senior Relationship Managers.

Candidates with background from non-retail banking OR insurance sales experience such as Insurance agents OR IFA / Securities firms are also welcome.

Candidates will be required to pass Insurance License Exam before on board and pass HKSI before completion of probation.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality retail banking products and services to customers in the branch network
• Proactively identify customer needs and offer appropriate banking services and products solutions including insurance and investment
• Achieve banking KPIs and other targets in compliance with relevant policies and guidelines
• Participate in promotional campaigns to acquire new business and strengthen customer loyalty

Requirements

• University degree / associate degree holders or HKCEE / HKDSE holders with HK working experience
• Relevant insurance license qualification for insurance selling before on board
• Relevant investment license qualification for investment business before probation completion
• Working experience in banks / insurance companies / financial institutions serving customers will be an advantage
