About the Role

We are looking for a confident and energetic Customer Relationship Officer to join our team. The role involves interacting with students, handling enquiries, following up with leads, and supporting course admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and respond to student enquiries.
• Make follow-up calls to interested students.
• Explain courses, fees, duration, and career opportunities.
• Understand student requirements and provide suitable course guidance.
• Generate and manage leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Maintain daily follow-up and admission records.
• Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
• Coordinate with the training team for student requirements.
• Participate in seminars, college visits, and promotional activities.
• Maintain a positive relationship with students and customers.

Candidate Profile

• Any graduate can apply.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable speaking with students over phone and in person.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Sales, counselling, telecalling, or customer service experience is an advantage.
