Customer Relationship Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in patients, telephone calls, WhatsApp, and online enquiries professionally.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments.
• Explain the clinic's treatments, services, and packages to prospective patients.
• Follow up with enquiries to convert them into consultations and treatments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing patients.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the clinic management software.
• Handle patient feedback, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain daily enquiry, consultation, follow-up, and conversion reports.
• Assist with billing coordination and payment follow-ups when required.
• Support marketing campaigns, referral programs, and promotional activities.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and patient satisfaction at all times.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship, Patient Coordination, Front Office, Customer Service, or Sales.
• Experience in healthcare, dermatology, aesthetics, cosmetology, or wellness industry is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

• Fluency in Malayalam and English.
• Strong customer service and follow-up skills.
• Good sales aptitude and convincing ability.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and clinic CRM software.
• Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
