What they need
Responsibilities:
- Provide full operational support for frontlines regarding new life insurance applications, policy administration and claims
- Handle business enquiries including product features, operation rules and administration procedures
- Issue business memo, provide training and communication with business partners regarding operation updates
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- At least 2 years working experience in banking or insurance field
- Pass in IIQE Paper I and III
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
