Customer Relationship Representative

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive customer retention and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, resulting in increased revenue growth.
• Analyze customer feedback and data insights to inform strategic decisions on product development and service improvements.
• Provide exceptional presales support by preparing proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that showcase the value of our products or services.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in a similar role within any industry.
• Strong understanding of CRM principles, including customer engagement, relationship management, and sales strategy.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
