In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships and ensuring that orders, quotations, and customer inquiries are processed smoothly and accurately. You will communicate daily with customers, sales, purchasing, and other internal departments to keep operations running efficiently. You know how to maintain oversight, think proactively in solving problems, and ensure customers feel heard and supported.
