We furniture manufacture company are looking for a proactive and communicative Customer Relationship Staff to maintain relationships with existing overseas buyers and develop connections with potential new customers through WhatsApp / digital media

Key Responsibilities :

• Update acknowledgement about our company to existing and new potential customer
• Maintain regular communication with existing customers through digital media
• Contact potential new customers to introduce our company and furniture products.
• Provide updates on shows dates, new designs, product collections, catalogs, and special offers.
• Send product information, pict to customers.
• Follow up special offers to identify potential orders.
• Maintain relationships with inactive customers and encourage repeat orders.
• Record customer communications, responses, and follow-up activities.
• Working together with design graphic team to make some notification/campaign to customer
• Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on customer needs and sales opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on customer engagement and follow-up results.
• Needs to be commercial creative.
• Work a lot with database, figure, and analysis to enable to classify customers as active, declining, or inactive based on order history, purchasing frequency, and items they bought.

Requirement :

• S1 Engineering/ Economy Accounting/ Marketing, Business administration etc.
• English language proficiency ­ written & verbal
• Database skill
• Excel, adobe, canva etc
• Smart and logical thinking
• Team player and or personal capability to work without any supervision
