Customer Reliability Engineer, Infrastructure

For our client, we are seeking a Customer Reliability Engineer, Infrastructure to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This remote role will focus on helping customers succeed through reliable, scalable cloud infrastructure and strong operational support. The position blends hands-on troubleshooting, customer issue resolution, and proactive monitoring to improve system stability and user experience. You will collaborate closely with product and development teams by sharing customer feedback and operational insights that help shape future improvements. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions to help customers succeed using the company's products
• Troubleshoot and triage customer environments
• Participate in on-call rotations for weekend support
• Offer feedback on customer needs to product development
• Develop monitoring and alerting systems
• Build and maintain automation for efficient operations
• Own and enhance the customer experience through issue resolution

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with large, complex cloud infrastructures
• 3+ years of experience with Kubernetes
• Experience managing a production distributed system on major cloud platforms, including AWS, GCP, and Azure
• Strong Linux proficiency
• Knowledge of operating and monitoring distributed systems
• Experience resolving customer issues
• Excellent communication skills
