The Opportunity

Happy Press Co. is looking for a Store Rep and/or assistant manager to represent our business. We are the proud home of San Antonio’s premier line of raw, local, fresh-pressed juice.

This is an entrepreneurial role for someone who wants to join the success of a growing brand. You’ll be responsible for the energy of our retail floor, and the day-to-day operations that keep us moving forward, greeting and doing sample testing, and stocking the store. You'll also get collaborate on new, fresh ideas and get a chance to grow with a company that wants you to grow with us, both in your career and in financial incentives. • The Energy (Retail): You will run the storefront with a radiant, uplifting personality. You are the face of the brand, turning runners, tourists, and locals into lifelong fans of our juices, coffee, and snacks.

Additional Information:

• All new hires will undergo a two-week trial period of job training, and 90 day probationary period to assess skills, fit, and overall compatibility with the role and team. For our team members, and especially team leader, we want the fit to be perfect.
• Food handler certification required or gaining that certification can be sponsored and must be completed before probationary period is complete.
