Customer Representative (B2B)

Our team is looking for a motivated and personable Customer Representative - B2B to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll work directly with local businesses on behalf of one of our energy clients.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building professional relationships, communicating with business owners, and helping customers find solutions. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or another customer-facing environment is a plus, but it’s not required. We provide hands-on training to help you develop your communication, business, and account-management skills.

What You'll Do as a Customer Representative:

• Represent our energy client professionally when working with local businesses
• Build positive relationships with business owners
• Learn about available energy services and confidently answer customer questions
• Assist businesses throughout the customer and account process
• Maintain consistent and professional communication with business customers
• Follow up with accounts and provide ongoing customer support
• Work closely with team members and leadership to create a positive customer experience
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
