Duties

• Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism, striving for swift resolution
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to improve service quality
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and consistent delivery of outstanding service
• Support the onboarding of new customers by explaining policies, procedures, and available options clearly

Experience

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is highly desirable
• Hotel or hospitality industry background provides valuable insight into guest needs and service excellence
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude
• Familiarity with basic computer systems or point-of-sale software is a plus
