As a Customer Representative (AT&T), you will connect with customers, understand their needs, and provide information about AT&T services while creating a positive customer experience. What You'll Do as a Customer Representative

• Represent AT&T products and services with professionalism, confidence, and a customer-first approach.
• Connect with customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions that fit their goals.
• Clearly explain available products, service options, features, and current promotions.
• Guide customers through account enrollment, activation, and other service-related processes.
• Build lasting customer relationships through knowledgeable support and exceptional communication.
• Maintain accurate customer records while following company policies and operational procedures.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve performance goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
