Customer Representative

Pacific Crest Consulting is an Authorized AT&T Dealer seeking motivated, energetic individuals to join our growing team as a Customer Representative. As a Customer Representative, you'll represent AT&T through in-person customer interactions, helping customers find the right wireless and connectivity solutions while delivering an outstanding customer experience. No previous sales experience is required; we provide the training and mentorship you need to succeed.

What You'll Do as a Customer Representative

• Represent AT&T through in-person customer interactions.
• Generate new sales by building relationships with prospective customers.
• Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, services, promotions, and technology.
• Open new customer accounts and complete applications accurately.
• Maintain customer account information and sales documentation.
• Customer Representatives follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales and account management team to achieve individual and team goals.
• Customer Representatives learn and apply effective sales and customer service strategies through ongoing training.
• Track customer interactions and sales activity using company systems.
• Maintain a professional image while representing the AT&T brand.

Qualifications for the Customer Representative position

• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, account management, or client-facing roles is a plus.
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person and building professional relationships.
• Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings and promotional events.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
