Job Overview

Join our team as a Customer Service & Service Dispatch Representative, where you will be the first point of contact for our customers service needs and dispatcher for our service technicians. We do provide on the job training. However, we are looking for someone with strong skills in customer service. communication and Microsoft Office suite.

Duties

• Answer phones and reply to emails from customers

• Process orders and assist customers with product inquiries

• Work with Service Department for scheduling and day to day service calls

• Conduct follow-up calls on customer inquiries and outstanding matters

• Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to enhance customer experience

• Utilize data entry skills to update customer information accurately

• Process quotes upon request

• Process and Print Reports

Requirements

• Proficiency in English

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers - written and oral

• Strong problem-solving skills to address customer needs efficiently and professionally

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Prior experience in customer service or related field is preferred

• Work in office (no remote)
