Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and attend to customers professionally.
• Explain games, services, prices, memberships, and lounge rules.
• Assist customers with bookings, registrations, and tournaments.
• Respond to customer questions, complaints, and feedback.
• Build good relationships with new and existing customers.
• Promote memberships, events, tournaments, and services.
• Coordinate with game coordinators and other staff to serve customers efficiently.
• Record customer feedback and report important issues to the supervisor.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Ensure customers pay and their sessions/bookings are properly recorded.
• Represent us professionally at all times.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience of previous customer-service experience is an advantage.
• Minimum qualification of a BSc.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Friendly, respectful, and confident personality.
• Ability to work with different types of people.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
