Customer Service Manager

Inland Corporation is a logistics company providing comprehensive supply chain solutions, including Customs Brokerage, Freight Forwarding, Trucking Services, and Warehousing & Cold Storage.

We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team, manage key accounts, and ensure excellent client support across our logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead and support the customer service team.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
• Coordinate with customs brokerage, freight forwarding, trucking, and warehousing teams.
• Monitor service quality and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service or logistics.
• Preferred: Customs brokerage background and account management experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant customer management systems.
