Customer Representative, Outbound Calling (Night Shift, Office-Based)

About the Role
We are an online education academy offering one-on-one tutoring in a range of subjects for students in the US. We're hiring confident, motivated Customer Representatives to call parents and students, explain our subjects and programs, and book free trial classes.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to parents and students from our lead lists
• Introduce our subjects and programs and understand each student's learning needs
• Explain class schedules, tutor options, and fee plans clearly
• Book free trial classes and coordinate with the scheduling team
• Follow up with trial students and guide families through enrollment
• Handle objections politely and professionally
• Record every call outcome accurately in the CRM
• Meet daily call targets and monthly enrollment goals

Requirements

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent
• Prior experience in calling, sales, appointment setting, or customer service (1+ years preferred)
• Confident, friendly phone manner and good listening skills
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
• Comfortable working night shifts from the office
• Basic computer skills; CRM or dialer experience is a plus
• Intermediate or higher education

Nice to Have

• Experience in education, admissions, or US market calling
• Experience with predictive dialers or CRM tools
• Proven track record of meeting targets

Work Details

• Location: Amir Plaza 2nd Floor, Office number 1, Street 1B, Ghauri town Phase 5 Infront of Babu g Murgh Pulao.
• Shift: 8pm to 5 am Monday to Friday
• Fully on-site
