Customer Representative- Strathroy

Orr Cleaners is Hiring!

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Strathroy location.

This position is a mix of customer service, order processing and keeping our coin laundry clean and welcoming for our customers.

Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Receiving dry cleaning and laundry orders
• Accurately entering orders into our POS system
• Tagging and organizing customer items
• Answering customer questions and providing information about our services
• Assisting customers using the coin laundry when needed
• Keeping the coin laundry, front counter and customer areas clean and tidy
• General cleaning throughout the shift
• Preparing completed orders for customer pickup
• Other day-to-day duties as required

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Is friendly and enjoys working with people
• Is dependable and punctual
• Has excellent attention to detail
• Is comfortable using a computer/POS system
• Can work independently and stay productive during quieter periods
• Takes pride in keeping their workplace clean and organized
• Is comfortable being on their feet throughout their shift

Experience is an asset, but not required — we are happy to train the right person.

Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
