Customer Representative/Account Manager - Bilingual

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and professional bilingual Customer Account Manager/Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods to customers, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong driving skills, organizational abilities, and a focus on safety and efficiency. Experience in commercial driving, route planning, and sales techniques such as upselling will be highly valued. The Account Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and traffic laws
• Deliver products to various locations according to scheduled routes, ensuring timely arrivals
• Load and unload merchandise, adhering to safe lifting practices and handling heavy items when necessary
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and receipts
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or questions
• Upsell additional products or services when appropriate to enhance sales opportunities
• Follow merchandising standards to ensure proper presentation of products during delivery
• Organize daily routes efficiently to optimize delivery times and fuel usage
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly
• Adhere to all safety protocols during driving, loading, and unloading activities
• Maintain and manage customer accounts

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial driving and route planning
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safe lifting practices
• Excellent communication skills for customer interactions and team coordination
• Basic math skills for pricing calculations and inventory management
• Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining professionalism
• Organizational skills to manage schedules, routes, and delivery documentation
• Experience with automobile transportation, heavy lifting, and merchandising is preferred
• Familiarity with sales techniques and customer service best practices
• Military experience or background can be advantageous due to discipline and organizational skills

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to pass background checks as required

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
