Role Description

We’re looking for a people-first Retention Specialist who excels at building meaningful conversations and lasting relationships. This role is much more than customer support; it requires understanding customers, identifying customer motivations, addressing concerns with empathy, and creating personalized experiences that encourage long-term engagement with our brand.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers through calls and other communication channels to understand their concerns, motivations, and expectations.
• Apply principles of consumer psychology to identify reasons for disengagement and influence positive customer decisions.
• Understand customer emotions and behavioral cues to deliver personalized retention strategies.
• Handle objections confidently while maintaining a customer-first and solution-oriented approach..
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently and improve the overall customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Consistently achieve retention, and quality targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Candidates with an academic background in English, Psychology, BBA, or related fields will be preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
• Ability to understand customer emotions, handle objections empathetically, and influence decisions effectively.
• Solution-oriented mindset with strong persuasion and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
