Responsibilities:

• Familiarize yourself with our product and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
• Initiate recharge sales by contacting existing customers via phone and promoting the benefits of our recharge services.
• Listen attentively to customers, understand their concerns, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the relevant department for further assistance.
• Achieve monthly and daily Recharge sales targets to contribute to the team's overall success.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the customer database accordingly.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Languages Known: Hindi / Marathi / Punjabi / Telugu / Tamil / English / Kannada
