The Customer Retention Representative plays a crucial role in building strong customer relationships and driving business growth. This role involves promoting renewals, increasing account balances, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve 100% of booking targets or 40% growth from the previous year, whichever is higher, through effective communication, product knowledge, and customer service.
• Maintain a high rate of customer renewals and account growth to ensure strong customer retention.
• Promote additional loan products and services to existing customers to increase account balances.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire customer journey, building strong relationships and fostering loyalty.
• Effectively communicate with customers about loan options, renewal processes, and account updates.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience by understanding and addressing customer needs.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer retention efforts.

Key Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
