Customer Sales Agent

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Dispatcher to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and securing loads, communicating with brokers and customers, negotiating rates, and coordinating with the dispatch team to maximize revenue and maintain strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on leads and maintain a strong pipeline of potential business.
Build and maintain professional relationships with brokers and customers.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales/revenue targets.
Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports with management.

Required Skills:
-Previous experience in truck dispatch sales, freight brokerage, or a related field is preferred.
-Strong convincing and sales abilities.
-Good knowledge of the US trucking/logistics market is an advantage.
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

The ideal candidate should be energetic, confident, persuasive, target-oriented, and comfortable communicating with US-based brokers and customers. Experience in logistics sales or dispatch sales will be highly preferred.

Timings: 5:30 PM-2:30 AM
Weekends off.
Location: OPPOSITE OF EMPORIUM MALL-GATE 3, JOHAR TOWN-LAHORE.

Pay: Up to Rs93,000.00 per month
