Customer Sales Assistant

The Customer Sales Assistant is responsible for manning the desk and the reception area, greeting and assisting guests on daily basis, receiving queries, requests, and complaints from clients via phone call or face to face; and ensuring the reputable representation of the organization as frontliners. He/she will also be expected to be knowledgeable with all the building features to render the best customer service; protect sensitive information that must not be disclosed to clients/non-clients/organizers; and perform other duties and functions that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.
