Marksman is hiring a full-time Entry Level Sales Assistant in Overland Park, KS!

What You'll Do:

• Connect 1-on-1 with customers and deliver engaging sales presentations
• Build professional client relationship and communication skills
• Acquire new customers and expand brand reach
• Retain existing accounts and drive long-term loyalty

• Interest in sales, marketing, or brand strategy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confidence in public speaking and pitching ideas

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent hands-on experience
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, sales, or hospitality
• Must be a local candidate based near Leawood, KS who can start within 2 weeks of hire

Compensation & Pay Transparency:

• Base Pay: $500/week guaranteed base pay + performance commissions
• Average Earnings: New hires average $850–$1,000/week in total earnings
• Pay Transparency: Uncapped commission structure with transparent performance metrics and weekly payouts
