Customer Sales Associate

We are hiring a Customer Sales Associate to join our growing team supporting AT&T Fiber products and services. This full-time, in-person opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working with customers, developing sales skills, and building a career in a professional, team-oriented environment. No previous sales experience is required, and hands-on coaching is provided to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.

As a Customer Sales Associate, you will engage with customers, introduce AT&T Fiber solutions, explain available service options, and support the customer enrollment process. You will gain practical experience in sales, customer service, communication, and relationship building while working toward individual and team sales goals.

What You'll Do

• Engage directly with customers to introduce AT&T Fiber products, internet services, and available solutions.
• Present product features, explain service options, and help customers identify solutions that fit their needs.
• Support customer enrollment by answering questions, providing accurate information, and guiding customers through the sign-up process.
• Develop effective sales and communication techniques to create positive customer interactions.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly performance goals.
• Participate in ongoing coaching, team meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Customer Sales Associate Qualifications

• Confident verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Eager to engage with customers, explain service options, and develop effective sales strategies.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and willingness to contribute to team success.
• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent education.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality is helpful but not required.
