Customer Sales Associate

Good internet makes everyday life easier, and someone has to help people get it. As a Frontier Customer Sales Associate, you’ll be that person. You’ll meet customers in retail and community settings, find out what they need, and match them with reliable Frontier internet and wireless service.

You don’t need sales experience to start. We provide training on Frontier products, customer sales conversations, and account support, so you build real sales skills from the start.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

• Start customer conversations in retail stores and community locations around Rockford
• Explain Frontier internet and wireless plans in clear, simple terms
• Run product demos so customers feel confident about their choice
• Help customers with account setup, billing questions, and basic troubleshooting
• Follow up after installation to make sure service is running smoothly
• Work toward customer sales goals while keeping service quality high
• Build customer relationships that lead to repeat sales and referrals

• Reliable transportation and availability for some evenings or weekends
• Sales, retail, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
