Customer Sales Associate

Coastal Edge Group is hiring a Customer Sales Associate to join our growing Houston team. If you enjoy meeting new people, talking tech, and want a job with real room to grow, this is a great fit. No wireless experience is needed. We’ll train you.

As a Customer Sales Associate, you’ll meet customers in-person across Houston communities and help them find the right phones, plans, and services for their households. You’ll answer questions, show off the latest devices, and build the kind of relationships that keep customers coming back. Houston is one of the most diverse cities in the country, so every conversation is different, and if you speak more than one language, you’ll be an even bigger asset to our team. This isn’t just a sales job. It’s a real path to team lead, management, and beyond.

What You’ll Do

• Meet customers in person throughout your assigned Houston-area territory
• Learn what each customer needs from their phone and wireless service
• Recommend the right devices, plans, and features for their household
• Walk customers through device features and plan options in a clear, easy-to-understand way
• Guide customers through enrollment and complete each sale accurately
• Offer upgrades, add-on lines, and accessories that add real value
• Follow up with customers to answer questions and build lasting relationships
• Step up to help lead and train new teammates as you grow in the role

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking with people from all walks of life
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain tech simply
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Reliable transportation for local travel within your territory
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, Vietnamese, or another language is a big plus, but not required
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Leadership experience is a plus, but not required
