Customer Sales Executive

About the role

We are hiring an Online Sales Executive to sell our HR and payroll system to new and existing customers. The role focuses on handling inbound and outbound leads, conducting online payroll demos, and closing sales deals. You will manage a pipeline of prospects and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
• Conduct online product demos and explain HR & payroll system features clearly.
• Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline from lead to closure.
• Identify customer needs and propose suitable HR/payroll solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Work closely with customer support, onboarding, and product teams to ensure smooth handover.
• Update and maintain CRM records accurately.
• Support upselling and cross-selling to existing customers when applicable.
• Keep up to date with product changes and statutory-related selling points.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Business, IT, or related fields.
• Experience in online sales, inside sales, or SaaS sales is preferred.
• Comfortable selling via phone, video calls, and online channels.
• Strong communication and closing skills.
• Self-driven and able to work independently in a WFH setup.
• Knowledge of Malaysian payroll and statutory requirements is an advantage.
• Familiarity with HR or payroll systems is a plus, but not mandatory.
