Customer Sales Executive (International Process)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a high volume of international calls to generate leads and close deals in the US market.
• Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Identify new business opportunities by researching potential customers and tailoring pitches accordingly.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, tele sales, or outbound calling.
• Strong knowledge of global sales processes, including UK/US markets.
• Excellent English language proficiency for clear communication with international clients.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an international setting.
