Customer Sales Relation Trainee

About the role

Assist the Director and team in daily operations, support client relationship management and customer engagement, and coordinate appointments, meetings and follow-up with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Director and team in daily operations
• Support client relationship management and customer engagement
• Coordinate appointments, meetings and follow-up with clients
• Prepare and manage client documentation and administrative matters
• Attend client meetings, training sessions, seminars and networking events
• Assist in organizing events and business activities
• Handle customer enquiries and provide quality customer service
• Maintain accurate client records and updates
• Sales support and KPI met
• High incentive package and travelling trips

About you

• Minimum GCE A-Level, Local Diploma or bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good written and organizational skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• No experience required. Training will be provided
